About

Welcome to my corner of the blogging world!

I began this blog in the fall of 2009, when I moved to Thailand.  The blog started as a way to keep my entire family informed of my whereabouts and doings in southeast Asia.  Over the past four years I have posted about the good, the bad and the ugly of daily life, living and traveling in a foreign land, and adjusting to life back in the US.

I now live back in the States, and I am doing my best to keep up with the blogging.  The title of the blog says it all.  Live Fully: It started with a bracelet, and it became a lifestyle.  Whether I am in Thailand, Saratoga Springs, or Madison, I will continue to do my best live fully.  And, I will continue to tell you all about it.

After a brief stint in New York City I now live in Madison, Wisconsin, the land of beer and cheese curds.  Or as the license plates say, "America's Dairyland."  My car has WI plates and my dog has a Madison license.  I have what I would consider to be a grown up job. I have an office, computer, telephone number, and email address that came with my job, and so far, so good.

I spend my free time blogging, tweeting, wandering the city with Wilbur, running, and baking too much for one person to consume and stay in a healthy weight range.  I love dogs and cars.  I will open my own bakery someday.  I have a puggle.  I listen to country music.  I know how to rock a bridesmaid dress.  I love olives.  One year, I was Olive (from Little Miss Sunshine) for Halloween.  I can complete two-thirds of a Rubick's cube.  I'm a amateur graduate of the online dating scene.  And, I have a minor obsession with painting my nails.

Thanks for sticking with me!  I look forward to keeping you informed and (hopefully) entertained for years to come.
